Centennial Memorial and Living Legends Revival
The District has been under the leadership of 19 past Moderators; Dr. Booker, Pastor of New Union Baptist Church, was elected as the 20th Moderator during the 2019 Annual Session. The Memorial and Living Legends Revival will recognize and salute the Moderators of the East Zion Consolidated District Association for their diligence, self-motivation, as well as dedication to always go the extra mile in order to achieve the best possible results, making our District superlative.
The Revival will span five Wednesday night services, held at churches in the District where some of the Moderators served. Four moderators will be recognized per night, in the order of their terms. The evening will include music by the District Choir, a lecture, a sermon, as well as the special recognition and acknowledgement period.Click Here to Download the full Revival Schedule.
Commemorative Souvenir Journal
We are putting together a Centennial Anniversary Souvenir Journal to commemorate the ministry of the District and its impact in the lives of its member churches, the community, state, nation. The Journal will include photos, greetings, remembrances and memorials of all those that have, in some way, been a part of this journey. Since we include our community an important part of EZCDA’s history and, we want YOU to be included in this Historical Journal! The book will chronicle the District’s 100-year existence and serve as a testament of the commitment and dedication of those that, in some way, helped to carry the District and bring us to this point in history.
We want every church in the East Zion District, as well as friends of the EZD, to help us celebrate and be a part of this historical keepsake! Our goal is to have a 200-page Book. We need your help!

A part of the Celebration will include a "Centennial Picnic," a time for people of all ages to come together in a casual, fun atmosphere to celebrate the District and celebrate family.

Annual Association Banquet
This year's Annual Association Banquet will be a Black Tie event! The venue has changed to Embassy Suites Hotel, 3233 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73112, The Banquet will be held on August 7, 2020.

100th Annual Session of the East Zion Consolidated District Association
The 100th Annual Session of the East Zion Consolidated District Association will meet August 3 - 7, 2020. The Session will meet at the Greater Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 1020 N. E. 42nd Street, Oklahoma City, OK, Rev. Ray Douglas, Pastor.

East Zion Consolidated District Choir
The Moderator has intituted a District Mass Choir, made up of members of all of the EZCDA churches. The goal is to have a 100+ voice choir. Rehearsals are held at 2pm on the first Saturday of the month at New Union Baptist Church, 5404 N. Kelley Avenue. The choir will sing at EZCDA worship services and events.
